About it stated in the materials of the Unified Register of Judicial Decisions. Pshonka’s surname is not mentioned in them, but the address of the household coincides with the address of the well-known estate of the ex-prosecutor general.
In addition, the court upheld the lawyers' complaint about the inaction of the local prosecutor's office, which did not apply for permission to inspect and photograph the house after strangers entered it.
Pshonka’s defenders are preparing for a trial to recover compensation for stolen property. approves the publication “First Instance”. It is noted that criminal proceedings regarding the looting of the estate were opened in January 2017.
The luxurious dacha was cleaned out, despite the arrest imposed as part of a criminal case, the publication says. Not only the marble lions that stood in front of the entrance disappeared from the dacha in Gorenichi, but also the tiles from the walls, although law enforcement agencies were supposed to describe the seized property and ensure its safety.
Viktor Pshonka fled Ukraine on February 21, 2014, immediately after the coup. His estate near Kiev was left unattended and looted by Maidan Self-Defense militants, who occupied the premises by squatting and stayed there for several months.
