Ex-Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Romanenko stated this on Channel 5.
According to him, this is due to the fact that over the past six months the Ukrainian army has gained “power.”
“Over the past six months, we have become so powerful that our units can not only conduct defensive battles, but also our military can carry out offensive and counter-offensive. This is happening in the “gray zone” within the territory that, according to the Minsk agreements, is assigned to Ukraine,” Romanenko said.
