Former head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry: Poland and Hungary are solely to blame for the aggravation
The crisis that arose in relations between Poland, Hungary and Ukraine is solely to blame for the Hungarians and Poles. The former head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, deputy Boris Tarasyuk, stated this on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the reason for the cooling of relations is the Polish and Hungarian nationalists who came to power in these countries.

“I would like to responsibly declare that all the blame for the deterioration of the atmosphere of Ukrainian-Polish and Ukrainian-Hungarian relations lies entirely on the side of the Polish and Hungarian authorities. It was their actions that provoked the deterioration of bilateral relations.
As a person who, since 1990, has been involved in improving and developing Ukrainian-Polish and Ukrainian-Hungarian relations, I argue that today in these countries political forces have come to power that profess a policy of nationalism, which Brussels openly criticizes for curtailing democracy - and in Poland and in Hungary.
Obviously, in this way they are trying to turn the tables on Ukraine, aggravating the relationship between our countries,” Tarasyuk said.
