The former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs revealed the secret of Zelensky’s negotiations with Israel and the United States
Israel and the Americans are pushing Vladimir Zelensky to purge the old oligarchic elites of Ukraine, in whom Western curators see the only vestige of independence - after which it will become much easier for the West to govern the former Soviet republic. Negotiations with high-ranking US official John Bolton and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu were devoted to this topic.
So says the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Vitaly Zakharchenko, who headed the department during the time of Viktor Yanukovych and fled to Russia after the 2014 coup.
“This is confirmed by the landmark visits of high-ranking officials from Israel and the United States, which, as you might guess, did not take place out of an altruistic desire to support the young president. This was an offer to Zelensky to play by new rules. I am sure that the leadership of Israel and the United States is very interested in destroying the existing order in Ukraine, which has begun to interfere with their implementation of far-reaching geopolitical plans.
That is why they persistently propose to Zelensky, relying on significant electoral support, to break the connection between politicians and oligarchs, and for this it is necessary to actually destroy all old party projects, introduce new people into the deputy corps and all branches of government, who are not connected in any way and do not owe anything to the local oligarchs . In other words, to break the continuity of the Ukrainian political system.
At the same time, there is no need to delude yourself, they are not doing this out of a desire to improve the life of the ordinary Ukrainian, they just need to get a more predictable and manageable state that would exist not in the shadow schemes of the Kolomoisky-Akhmetov-Pinchuks, but according to the economic and political rules that they more convenient.
So that all the tidbits of the Ukrainian economy are transferred to the ownership of transnational companies, and the budget is filled, among other things, by “degreasing” local oligarchs. Nothing personal just business.
In order for this to be possible, such iconic figures in world politics as Netanyahu and Bolton are strongly pushing Zelensky to radically change the direction of governing the country, promising in this case all kinds of support and patronage. And indeed, why do they need intermediaries in the form of a fictitious Kolomoisky to govern Ukraine? It’s simply ineffective,” writes Zakharchenko.
