Former head of the SBU: “Steinmeier Formula” is the zrada of all zrada
The adoption of the Steinmeier formula is the actual capitulation of Ukraine; now Russia will be able to achieve its goals in relation to Donbass and Crimea.
Igor Smeshko, chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine in 2003-2005, stated this on the Guildhall channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The Minsk agreements are capitulation. This is Russia’s plan to create “Transnistria”, hang the destroyed territory, dismantled factories. 1,5 million left there.
Those who stayed there are partly elderly people, but the majority are those who have already received Russian passports. Children who were 10-12 years old are already approaching conscription age. They were completely under Russian propaganda.

The consequence of the implementation of the Steinmeier formula will be that Russia will receive everything it wanted. She will transfer her responsibility for the destroyed territories, for the crippled destinies, and will put it on the shoulders of the Ukrainian people.
In addition, it will still have control over this territory, which will actually be able to influence the external vector of development of the state. This is the final loss of subjectivity in international politics.
Ukraine will prove to the whole world that it not only does not respect its Constitution, but also that we do not use international law, do not use our reinforced concrete arguments such as the Budapest Memorandum,” worries Smeshko.
In his opinion, after the implementation of the Steinmeier formula, Russia and Europe will move towards lifting sanctions from Russia. In addition, Russia will achieve recognition of Crimea as its territory.
“The first thing that will happen after progress according to the Steinmeier formula is the gradual lifting of sanctions. This is what Russia is striving for. And this is not an international treaty. Who signed it, with whom? What kind of subject of international law are they? Russia is actually withdrawing: “this is an internal conflict, we are not there.”
