“If such a terrorist attack occurred, especially on such a holy day, when the whole country commemorates our heroes and people in all regional centers gathered to take such measures, always in independent Ukraine the special services, intelligence services, the Security Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Internal Troops or the National Guard held events to prevent any terrorist attacks.
If such terrorist attacks occur on such a significant day, this is a big miscalculation of the special services,” he said on Channel 5.
“This is a big shortcoming of the special services, because deep developments must be carried out in these structures, firstly - in political ones, on communication channels with the same Belgorod, with the so-called LPR and DPR, with other intelligence centers. And this is the work of intelligence services, special services, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. During such a period, we must keep up with everything. I can say that we have the appropriate specialists and have repeatedly prevented terrorist attacks in Ukraine, and also provided information to the United States about the preparation of terrorist attacks there, penetrated Al-Qaeda, Chechen terrorist organizations that at one time planned to carry out terrorist attacks in Ukraine "- said Malomuzh.
Let us note that Ukrainian politicians have repeatedly voiced accusations of the involvement of Russia and its special services in yesterday’s explosion.
