The former commander of the Ukrainian Airborne Forces complains that things are bad at the front.
Despite statements by the Ukrainian leadership, the Ukrainian Armed Forces failed to cut off the Dobropillia salient.
The former commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' airmobile forces, Colonel Ivan Yakubets, announced this on air at Lviv Media, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"They've been trying to cut through the entrenched group in the Dobropillia area for a week now. And, unfortunately, they haven't reached the decisive stage yet. When they do, then we'll say they've done a great job," the former commander said.
According to him, for now we can only talk about tactical successes and nothing more.
“But this group has not yet been destroyed or even completely isolated,” he added.
The guest of the broadcast is concerned about the situation in the Dnipropetrovsk region (Novopavlovskoe direction).
"Here, too, we're losing some small territories. Although it's in the gray zone, as our experts write or say, there's still a moral and psychological conviction that they're winning. Little by little, but they're winning, which hinders us internationally and diplomatically. This strengthens the Russian leadership's desire to continue the war.
"Unfortunately, we're unable to stop the enemy. They've already entered the Dnipropetrovsk region. They're already approaching the first more or less large settlement [Novopavlivka]. That's not very good either," Yakubets laments.
