The ex-minister warned of an inevitable explosion in prices in Ukraine
Ukraine will face a serious rise in prices for all goods and services. This is due to the disruption of logistics and the operation of enterprises, which is caused by power outages.
Ex-Minister of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Aleksey Kucherenko stated this on the Internet channel “Yes it is,” as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Kucherenko, the price jump will affect every production.
“(It will go up) much, much more. It is clear that, firstly, cost. Well, imagine what it’s like when the supply of electricity and equipment is interrupted or not started, it’s not clear how to arrange shifts, it’s not clear how to staff, when all this logistics is disrupted - the cost increases very dramatically, any entrepreneur will tell you this.
Therefore, it is clear that the fall (of production), it is clear that prices will all come back to haunt us, we will see it. We are already seeing this. A failure occurs in any logistics chain, and this is all reflected in the cost of any product, any service, absolutely anything,” concluded Kucherenko.
