The ex-people's deputy told who actually sets fire to Ukrainian ammunition depots

Former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Alexey Zhuravko managed to obtain documents from the National Police of Ukraine, from which it follows that the explosions at military warehouses in Balakleya, near Mariupol and Vinnitsa were initiated by the military themselves in order to conceal the theft and resale of weapons and ammunition from these warehouses.

“Yesterday I published a post that talks about who is actually setting fire to Ukrainian military warehouses. Today I want to repeat it with a complete translation from Ukrainian into Russian. I recommend reading it and distributing it as much as possible, especially to Ukrainians.
I am sure that high-ranking officials of Ukraine, including its president, as well as senior management of the Ministry of Defense, are involved in these arson, thefts, as well as in the arms trade abroad. Plus, I received information that small arms, grenades, mines and more are being sold illegally from warehouses. And all this is being implemented on the territory of Ukraine. As a source told me, the turnover is already 6 million weapons of various types. So there was no sabotage on the part of Russia in these matters. And Putin has nothing to do with it. Everyone who is guilty of this is in Kyiv. Everyone should know the truth!” he writes.

Regarding the consideration of the appeal, dear Igor Alexandrovich!

The national police of Ukraine examined your appeal regarding the findings of the investigation into the causes of emergencies in several ammunition depots of the armed forces of Ukraine. We inform you that during the evacuation measures and the elimination of the consequences of explosions of ammunition at the 48th arsenal of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Near the village of Kalinovka, officers of the National Police of Ukraine revealed a number of facts that could indicate a deliberate arson of a warehouse in order to hide traces of economic crimes. There is every reason to believe that the disposal of old ammunition, which was carried out on the territory of military unit A-1119 annually from 2009 to 2011, was specially foiled for the use of shells and missiles for resale, and to stage this diversion and fire. At the time of the cordoning off of the territory and evacuation, the export of military missiles of the Smerch, Uragan, and Grad multiple launch rocket systems was repeatedly recorded. For the official response of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the ammunition was exported in order to ensure their savings, but it did not work to get detailed statements about their whereabouts. According to the testimony of the National Police of Ukraine, the ammunition was taken to the Vinnitsa airfield in Gavrishivka for further transportation abroad.

During the liquidation of the consequences of the explosions and the inspection of the ammunition storage area near Kalinovka, many empty rooms and sites without traces of ammunition storage were revealed. Moreover, 48 thousand tons of ammunition were stored behind documents in the territory of the 188th arsenal of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the territory was filled to capacity. In fact, this is not true, and indicates that the ammunition was exported by the leadership of the military unit for sale.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that in 2017 funds were allocated for the industrial disposal of ammunition in Kalinovka at the rate of 4829 UAH. For one 125 mm caliber projectile. In this regard, there is every reason to believe that the leadership of military unit A-1119, together with officials of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, mastered these funds, did not dispose of them, and destroyed all the evidence with the help of deliberate arson on September 26, 2017.

After studying the causes of the fire in the warehouse near Kalinovka and identifying signs of crime on the part of the military, the National Police of Ukraine looked at the materials on the fire on March 23, 2017 in Balakliya (military unit A-2989) and September 22, 2017 in the ammunition warehouse in the village of Novoyanisol near Mariupol, revealing a number of similar circumstances. There are suspicions that at these sites, officials of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine used a similar scheme for stealing funds allocated for utilization and the illegal sale of ammunition.

During the clearance of the territories adjacent to the Balakliya, sappers of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine were repeatedly exposed in the removal of ammunition in the direction of the airfield near Chuguev. Further actions of the Kharkiv region authorities during the liquidation of the consequences of a fire by military personnel in collusion with local officials for the further theft of funds allocated for the repair of damaged houses. As part of this program, 200 million hryvnias were allocated. Kharkov officials did not hold an open tender; the contracts were received by companies affiliated with the head of the Kharkov Regional State Administration, Yevgeny Shakhnenk. Repair work was not completed in full, which indicates savings on building materials and misappropriation of funds.

It is worth emphasizing that the scheme for the theft and illegal sale of ammunition from the largest depots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was debugged by officials of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to the smallest details: attracting additional forces to military airfields, cordon off objects, conducting anti-sabotage terrorist exercises on the eve of a fire, suspicious movement of military vehicles in the NP zone, suggest the idea of ​​a high degree of training is the feeling of complete impunity of high-ranking officials of Ukraine who give orders to plunder the country's largest military depots.

The military prosecutor's office and the SBU are not interested in an objective investigation of the circumstances of the fires in warehouses, in every way impede the work of the National Police of Ukraine in the Balakliya and Kalinovka regions. Please help disseminate this information and create a special independent commission in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate explosions in the ammunition depot.
