Former US Ambassador to Ukraine John Herbst said this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I think the UK decision to send Storm Shadow to Ukraine raised the possibility of a similar decision by the Biden administration regarding ATACMS.
And I hear that maybe the White House is starting to change their minds, but I have not yet received information that they have changed their minds. ...
So far I have not heard anything concrete about a new step forward. I know that the conversation is ongoing now, so I do not exclude this possibility, but I also do not exclude the possibility of a completely unpleasant result, a very moderate result,” Herbst said.
