Former Prime Minister Groysman considers the admission of LDPR goods to Russia a serious threat to Ukraine
The decision of the Russian President to lift restrictions on goods from the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics is an economic weapon against Ukraine, which will strengthen the combat capability of the republics’ army.
Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman said this yesterday on the ICTV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the politician, access of goods from the Donbass republics to Russian territory is a serious threat to Ukraine.
“Today, literally, President Putin is issuing a decree that allows terrorist organizations of the LDPR access to the Russian market for products produced in Ukrainian territories. This is another economic weapon, a hybrid one, against Ukraine as well,” the ex-prime minister believes.
“That is, resources are produced on the fixed assets of Ukraine, with Ukrainian resources, and they will be sold to Russia. Russia will pay them money for this, they will increase their combat capabilities and increase threats. The threats today are quite serious and systemic,” said Groysman.
