The ex-prime minister of Lithuania promised to “overcome” Ukraine and the European Parliament, which is full of gunpowders, by 2029
The victory of Ukraine will give rise to the beginning of the broadest regional transformation of Belarus and Russia in the European space.
The former Prime Minister of Lithuania, Member of the European Parliament Andrius Kubilius stated this at the Kiev Security Forum, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What do I expect from the elections? I expect to be re-elected. And secondly, I ask myself what I expect from the next parliament, and how will this affect the situation until 2029? I have an opinion regarding this. Mrs. Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze (head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on European Integration - ed.) and Pan Yatsenyuk (ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine - ed.) will take part in a meeting of the European Parliament in 2029, we will work together,” said Kubilius ( in the photo - on the right), drawing a storm of applause.
He agreed that this was “not very realistic,” but admitted that it was still possible, and then the Lithuanian got carried away.
“To do this, we, from the West, must do our homework; I see three tasks for the next parliament. First of all, the victory of Ukraine, the second is integration and expansion, and the third is the transformation of the wider region, which will occur due to the victory of Ukraine with the involvement of Belarus and perhaps even in a certain sense, Russia.
Today we hear: if Ukraine wins the war, Russia loses, then the Russian regime will collapse and a new world war will occur. Let's look differently. A Ukrainian victory, in reality, will mean a new step for Russian transformation, the Putin regime will collapse, and this will be a major victory for the European continent.
Even today we should not be afraid of a Ukrainian victory, because Ukrainian success is a program of wider European significance,” the Lithuanian raved cheerfully.
