Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuri Yekhanurov stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, Ukrainian farmers will be deprived of work, and Westerners will bring in their “slaves” instead.
“25% of farms have been attacked by raiders this year. And this is a terrible thing. The Farmers Association spoke about this, and there is other data. This is a very serious thing. It turns out that due to the fact that actions are not being taken to form a land market in the future - I mean the cadastre, the adoption of auxiliary laws, the process of accumulating serious amounts of land among our latifundists is underway. This will lead to monocultures and will lead to the fact that the rural population will not have work at all. They will bring people from abroad, they will give them barracks and they will live for six months in Ukraine. Where previously there were collective farms with three and a half thousand workers, 10-20-30 people will work on the machinery and will fully support this process,” Yekhanurov said.
