“There is a wave of nationalism in Europe, and it is noticeable. I am afraid that due to the very dramatic history of Poland and Ukraine, a situation may arise that the main relations between Poland and Ukraine may be hijacked by nationalistic overtones. The nationalists will defeat us, and we will not be able to help each other,” Kwasniewski said.

He recalled that there are now about a million Ukrainians working in Poland.

As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainians and Poland have different views on the personality of Stepan Bandera and the affiliation of Lvov.
