Let us remind you that Efremov was put in a pre-trial detention center back in 2016, where he is sitting without trial, awaiting consideration of the substance of the criminal case fabricated against him on charges of “separatism.” Prosecutor General Lutsenko called Efremov “the creator of the LPR.”
