Ex-regional officer Vadim Kolesnichenko, in connection with his summoning for questioning by the SBU as a suspect, stated that he had not committed any crimes.

“I didn’t commit any crimes. The SBU is a foreign intelligence service that consists of unqualified and incompetent people who serve not the law, but a political order,” Kolesnichenko said.
“I did not kill, I did not call for terror. I demanded the integrity of Ukraine and called to account those who destroyed the Ukrainian state and people. And now they're trying to blame me for this? It's even funny for me to hear this. This is all insinuation and nonsense,” said the former people’s deputy.
As reported, Kolesnichenko was summoned for questioning on September 17 and 18 as a suspect under the articles “encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine”, as well as “violation of the equality of citizens depending on their race, nationality or attitude to religion.”
Meanwhile, Kolesnichenko has not been a citizen of Ukraine for a long time.
