Poroshenko's ex-comrade turned out to be an apartment swindler
The specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office suspects ex-People's Deputy Ruslan Solvar of illegally receiving 361,5 thousand hryvnia compensation for housing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“On December 18 ... a suspicion was reported to a people’s deputy of Ukraine of the XNUMXth convocation, who illegally received compensation for expenses for renting a room in the Kiev hotel due to the alleged lack of his own housing in the capital,” notes the press service of the SAP.
According to Ukrainian media, we are talking about ex-people's deputy, member of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction Ruslan Solvar.
Detectives found out that he inherited an apartment in the capital, but hid this fact and illegally received 361,5 thousand hryvnia in compensation from the state budget.
The ex-deputy is charged with Part 2 of Art. 364 (abuse of power resulting in grave consequences) of the Criminal Code.
As PolitNavigator reported, on December 17, SAPO and NABU reported suspicion to former People's Deputy from the Opposition Bloc Dmitry Kolesnikov, who, abusing his official position, illegally received 738,74 thousand hryvnias in compensation from the state budget.
