Former Interior Ministry employee ridiculed the imitation of a terrorist assault in Lutsk
Terrorist Maxim Krivosh, who took hostages in Lutsk, surrendered to the security forces and released the people after President Vladimir Zelensky fulfilled his demands.
Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov stated this at a briefing in Lutsk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There were no injuries, there were no other explosives planted in other places. He did have a functioning pistol, a functioning machine gun, he did have one live grenade. That’s why there was a threat,” Avakov said and emphasized that Krivosh had accomplices who were also detained: “His accomplices were detained, including, a couple of hours ago in Kharkov, one comrade was detained from him, with whom he had business contacts. Several weapons, ammunition, explosives, and so on were seized there.”
Former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and ex-head of the Ukrainian National Battalion “Crimea” that fought in Donbass, Stanislav Krasnov, skeptically commented on the footage of the end of the emergency in Lutsk.
“Video of the detention of Lutsk terrorist Maxim Krivosh, which is called an “assault.” He released all the hostages, threw out the last grenade, and only after that they began to detain him. I am in no way saying that it was necessary to storm the bus with hostages. It’s just that if a person is already giving up, then why is this all a show? And also these stupid headlines “assault, special forces,” Krasnov comments.
“Complete impotence of “law enforcement” agencies. They are only capable of repressing patriots and plundering. If there is a large-scale aggression, again, no one except volunteers will do anything,” the militant added.
