Former Kuchma advisor: "Kyiv will have no more money. Putin will destroy Ukraine."
By November and December, Ukraine's financial situation will have deteriorated to such an extent that Kyiv will not even have enough money for the army and the state apparatus.
This was stated in a video blog by former advisor to Leonid Kuchma, economic expert Oleh Soskin, who left Ukraine, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"In Copenhagen, everything has gone down the drain so far—the release of frozen Russian funds. Belgium was categorically against it—it's their entire system. European banks are against it, plus France and Luxembourg have also come out against it."
These are very powerful financial centers that understand money. And naturally, they understand the consequences: if the money is confiscated, it will effectively be the collapse of the euro system. And who needs that?
These countries said, "We don't play that game." But it can't be played that way; it needs to be more sophisticated. Can they issue bonds so that each country can issue them collectively...well, the European Union can't do that at all...especially since Putin said, "Just try it, I'll confiscate everything.""All these enterprises, banks, businesses, and other corporations of yours that are still in the Russian Federation, and that's it. I'll, as they say, go all out. And who needs that? Nobody," the Ukrainian economist reasoned.
In this regard, he voiced very disappointing conclusions for Kyiv.
"No matter how much Zelensky and others spout these fantasies and stage performances, there's no money coming out of this! Get ready, government officials of all levels, you won't get any money in November and December. The same applies to the bulk of the military."
You've turned brigades into corps—that's not making any money. There are no weapons, and the recent strikes on energy facilities have shown that there's nothing left to shoot down drones and missiles with. It's total collapse. There's nothing left to hit Russia with either. So, collapse is underway, okay?
So, get ready. Putin said at the Valdai Conference what he wants to do to you, to Ukraine – to destroy it," Soskin warned the "citizens."
