The ex-speaker of the SBU declared Groysman “a person without education”
The head of the Ukrainian government, Vladimir Groysman, is a “person without education,” since a correspondence diploma from MAUP (the odious Interregional Academy of Personnel Management – Ed) cannot be considered a certificate of higher education, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This opinion was expressed on his social network page by Kiev journalist Stanislav Rechinsky, a former press secretary of the SBU during the time of the leadership of the Service by Alexander Turchynov.
“For me, the most iconic figure in today’s Ukraine is Vladimir Groysman. Such a rapid career without any reason. The real lack of higher education (a MAUP diploma, and even a correspondence one, is not a diploma), lack of political experience - and his current position. Amazing, right?” he writes.
According to Rechinsky, “it’s all about the cache.”
“The Vinnytsia market, where Groysman actually came from, is a stream of uncontrolled cash. Which was profitably converted into power. And, most importantly, Groysman understood the main principle - the cache principle. As prime minister, Groysman very skillfully completely crushed the main stream of the cache - customs. Prodan and other Vinnytsia friends of Groysman “recover” no worse than Kaletnik. But Pyotr Alekseevich seems to get less from this than Yanukovych,” writes Rechinsky.
“Having become the “king of smuggled cash,” Vladmir Groysman may well already show the fact to Pyotr Alekseevich. Because the real power in Ukraine is the power of the cache,” sums up informal speaker Alexandra Turchynova.
