Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of Ukraine Igor Romanenko stated this on Channel 5.
According to him, for this it is necessary to prepare army reserves and ammunition depots.
“We must prepare for a possible large-scale war and a transition to guerrilla warfare. This means that we need to prepare territorial units, have warehouses with weapons, train reserves, and so on,” Romanenko said.
