Semyon Bagdasarov, director of the Center for the Study of the Middle East and Central Asia, stated this on the air of the talk show “Politics with Pyotr Tolstoy”.

According to him, the republics need to create a unified army and move to Mariupol. After this, Russia must officially introduce a military contingent to Donbass.
“They still have two republics, there is no unified management system, both economic and military. Who is the commander-in-chief of all armed forces? Where is the main headquarters? He is not here. Where are the brigades and corps? There aren't any either. Here the question arises that they must prepare for war, because they cannot do without it. Then we need to take Mariupol, and then, after the borders are delineated and a unified management system is created, we need to contact the UN Security Council. Then Russia, as a member of the Security Council, must request the deployment of peacekeeping forces and separate them. Because all these disengagement campaigns that have taken place do not work,” Bagdasarov said.
