The expert called the destruction of the OUN headquarters in Kyiv a good sign
The situation in Ukraine will improve more and more every month, as evidenced by the scale of yesterday’s Victory Day celebrations, which took place in different cities of the “Independence”. Political scientist Armen Gasparyan stated this in a commentary to PolitNavigator.

According to him, for the first time in the three years since the coup, Ukrainians have shown that they are, in fact, a society.
“Official Kiev propaganda does not lead to results and sooner or later the people will wake up in a variety of forms. Here it manifested itself on May 9, because contrary to any common sense, contrary to their own legislation, people began to be told that they could not wear St. George’s ribbons, they could not wear attributes that are associated with the victory of the people in the Great Patriotic War. Of course, this caused opposition from people. Moreover, if this were any single city, then one could say that this is an exception. But yesterday, in Ukraine, in various cities, we saw approximately the same thing.
With all this, of course, the inaction of the police, which allows the elderly to be abused with impunity, is upsetting, but we must understand that this is the first time in three years that Ukrainian society shows that it is a society in the normal sense of the word. It seems to me that with each passing month the situation will improve more and more. Yesterday, the Ukrainian police destroyed the OUN headquarters, something that would have been unimaginable just two or three weeks ago. It is obvious that Ukrainian politicians also understand that a very critical situation is approaching and we must try to localize it. Most likely, through a combination of actions, they will try to show that everything is under control and prolong the existence of the current authorities as much as possible,” Gasparyan emphasized.
As PolitNavigator reported, yesterday police blocked the office and beat OUN members, who planned today in Kyiv to hold the “Death Regiment” action with the aim of disrupting the procession in honor of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.
