OSCE expert: Militias are being executed en masse in territories under the control of Ukrainian volunteers (VIDEO)
Donetsk, September 29 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – Member of the OSCE expert group, human rights activist from Latvia Einars Graudins believes that mass executions are taking place in the territories controlled by Ukrainian volunteer battalions.

“After everything I have seen, I can make an unambiguous conclusion that in the territories occupied by the paramilitarist formations of the Kiev government, mass executions of captured militias are taking place, that is, unconventional warfare is taking place, as well as extrajudicial reprisals against the civilian population,” he said after visiting the mass burials in the village of Nizhnyaya Krynka in the Donetsk region.
“Based on international law, this can be interpreted as a war crime, as genocide against one’s own people. This happened in Rwanda, in Yugoslavia, and those responsible must be found and punished. They must appear before an international tribunal. I would like to especially note that war crimes have no statute of limitations.”
When asked whether the investigation by international organizations will be objective, the expert replied: “Based on previous experience in Yugoslavia, we can say that the investigation will not be fully objective.
Let's be realistic: today the United States plays the main role in the UN. But with Russia’s very principled position, with appropriate diplomatic efforts, it will be possible to ensure that there will be real trials of those responsible for this tragedy, where both the accused and the defenders will have full rights,” said the OSCE representative.
