Military analyst Alexander Artamonov stated this in an interview with the Belarusian news agency Belta, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He believes that the use of Uragan installations against nuclear power plants is tantamount to the use of nuclear weapons.
“This gives Russia certain rights. Our right, with the help of hypersonic and high-precision weapons, is to destroy any decision-making centers up to Rzeszow on Polish territory. There is no need to hit it right away.
