In particular, we are talking about the debt of the wholesale market to the manufacturer and the debt of suppliers to the regional power companies. Ukraine is already on the verge of an energy crisis, and if these financial problems are not resolved as soon as possible, we will face an unprecedented energy crisis,” he said.
