Kyiv, April 17 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Vladimir Putin, during his TV appearance today, changed his rhetoric towards Viktor Yanukovych, this may indicate the return of the former leader of Ukraine.

This opinion was expressed to Navigator by Donetsk political scientist Vladimir Kornilov.
