The expert told how Kyiv mocks other members of the Normandy Four
Ukraine makes it clear that it does not intend to implement the Minsk agreements, setting obviously impossible conditions, which makes it impossible to hold the Normandy Four summit.
Political scientist Valentin Gaidai stated this during a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In the format of the heads of four states (“Normandy format - editor’s note) there is no substance in the conversation - it is not clear what to do next.
Because no one (in Kyiv) is going to implement Steinmeier’s plan, at least I see this from the trends that are now occurring both in Kyiv in the statements of individual politicians and in Minsk.
For example, the representative of Ukraine in the Trilateral Contact Group, Kuchma, states that Kyiv insists on dissolution the so-called LDNR.
But tell me, do they really exist for us? What difference does it make what they are called? That is, Kyiv sets obviously unrealistic conditions, which makes it impossible to hold the Normandy Four this year,” the expert was indignant.
