The Kvartal 95 studio, from which the current President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky emerged, has always taken money for carrying out political orders.
Political scientist Anatoly Oktisyuk spoke about this in a commentary to the Kyiv magazine “New Time”, giving an assessment humorous number “The house burned down” studio "Kvartal 95" about the arson of the house of the former head of the National Bank of Ukraine Valeria Gontareva.

According to him, this is not the first time that “block workers” have fulfilled orders for financial incentives.
“You need to understand that Kvartal 95 is a rather pragmatic project: Yanukovych paid - they worked for Yanukovych, the Russians paid - they went to Russia.
