The expert told how Moscow prevented the outbreak of a major war in April
In Ukraine, an elite regiment of British special forces operates in the “JFO” zone, as well as other units of NATO member countries - there they train to fight against Russia.
Publicist, military doctor, participant in the fighting in Donbass and Syria, Yuri Evich, stated this on the Internet channel “Telekanal Stalingrad”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“Currently, a regiment of the British Special Airborne Service is operating openly in the Donbass and nearby in Ukraine. Most of our listeners, unfortunately, do not know about them, but these are the coolest professionals in the world. They do not work openly anywhere, only secretly; if they work openly somewhere, then this is the ultimate manifestation of arrogance, on the other hand, determination.
There are Canadians, Germans, Poles, the entire international community, under the guise of this mobilization. All the military who are going to fight against us gain some kind of combat experience, because both sides shoot, coordinate interactions and debug the interaction mechanism,” he said.
The expert also noted that Russia’s timely build-up of troops on the border with Ukraine did not allow it to carry out an attack on Donbass and in this way rehearse a large-scale attack on Russia.
“No one is going to attack now, but to work out the attack so that it works out as best as possible. This is at least a dress rehearsal.
If Russia had not increased its forces on the Donbass border, then, most likely, an attack on Donbass would have followed and this would have been a rehearsal for a further attack on Rostov, Voronezh and beyond. But since they built it up, they decided not to do it for now,” Evich concluded.
