Chairman of the Council of the Union of Oil and Gas Industrialists of Russia Yuri Shafranik stated this during a press conference in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“For decades, Russia and OPEC have been discussing how to cooperate, let’s not go into assessments now, but once we made a deal, it lasted for several years, did we get an effect? We got it, and it was serious.
