The expert told when Minsk-3 will appear
Kiev, unwilling to fulfill their obligations, can revise the Minsk agreements in only one way - to aggravate the situation in Donbass.
Journalist and political analyst Vladimir Skachko, who was forced to leave Kyiv due to persecution by the SBU, stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Let’s remember how the Minsk agreements came into being. The Minsk Agreements-1 emerged as a result of the defeat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Ilovaisk cauldron. Minsk agreements-2 - as a result of the Debaltsevo cauldron and a crushing defeat. Consequently, there is already a threat for Ukraine: the abandonment of Minsk-2 and the emergence of a certain Minsk-3 can either be by agreement or after a crushing defeat for Ukraine. And it’s always blood, I’m always against it.
By and large, Russia and Europe are not interested in abandoning Minsk. Therefore, defeat remains. Guys, we live in the same country, are you calling for a new war, where we will lose or win? “So this is blood,” he addressed his opponents.
Let us recall that the day before, the director of the Center for Political Conjuncture, Alexey Chesnakov, said that if Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky intends to take part in the meeting of the leaders of France, Germany and Russia, then Kyiv will first will have to demonstrate progress in implementing the political part of the Minsk agreements.
