Ukrainian oligarchs will have a serious influence on the presidential elections in Ukraine.
Sociologist Evgeny Kopatko stated this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I believe that there is a certain agreement there, so some guys dance in circles with the presidential administration. If Akhmetov does not participate there, then there is a chance that he will lose all this. Perhaps the fight will be really real, and not made up between Vilkul and Boyko. If Akhmetov and the Donetsk team, as well as some of the Dnepropetrovsk team, go their own way, there is a chance that Boyko will “sag.” But we haven’t seen a fight between them yet, so there is an option that Vilkul will also be shot down.
Behind this are Novinsky, Akhmetov and a number of people who understand something about elections and have influence in enterprises. Everything is happening in a very non-linear way, before the electorate did not flow from one to another, now everything is different, and we need to see what kind of conflict will arise from this,” the sociologist said.
