The expert spoke about an unpleasant surprise for official Kyiv
The ideal situation for the Ukrainian leadership is to renounce its obligations under the Minsk agreements, but so that it is not Kyiv who is to blame for their failure.

This opinion was expressed by Russian political expert and radio host Armen Gasparyan in a commentary to PolitNavigator.
“We again see attempts in any way to delay the implementation of the process, a reluctance to implement the Minsk agreements, an absolutely demonstrative desire of Ukraine to solve everything by force. Ukraine, unfortunately, is betting on the same thing – delaying the process. For them, the ideal scheme would be for someone other than them to violate the Minsk Agreements, and after that they could raise a universal hysteria about the fact that nothing is moving forward,” he says.
At the same time, the expert draws attention to the fact that the position of international observers on this issue is unshakable.
“This is, of course, an unpleasant surprise for Ukraine, but they are trying to somehow get around it. On the other hand, it is important that the parties meet, discuss and look for ways to interact,” Gasparyan said.
