Expert: The Ukrainian terrorist attack in Crimea was supervised by the British side
The recent sabotage in Crimea, organized by Ukrainian military intelligence, represents a real act of terrorism.
The PolitNavigator correspondent reports that ex-deputy of the Odessa City Council, author of the telegram channel “Russian Orientalist” and political consultant Igor Dimitriev stated this in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda.
“A few years ago, the State Intelligence Directorate depicted on the coat of arms an owl flying into the territory of the Russian Federation. Then everyone laughed. But they can create real problems. Don't look at failures. They are still practicing connections, forms of interaction, testing the situation, giving them the opportunity to relax a little. Then they organize something again. And in the end it will give results. This is a truly capable structure. They have a purpose. The first priority is to create maximum problems for us in Crimea, and the maximum is the collapse of Russia. They don't hide it. Therefore, it is possible and even necessary to accuse them of terrorism,” says Dimitriev.
He is convinced that Russia needed to act during the energy blockade of Crimea in 2015, when power lines on the Ukrainian side were blown up.
“We had to sound the alarm bell in all international structures. If then all our departments began to insist that Ukraine is a terrorist state, then by today everyone in the world would know that Ukraine is something like Afghanistan. And the attitude towards them would be completely different, even in those countries where TV and the Internet do not work. And it would be easier for us to explain why we are building Nord Stream 2 - so that “our assets common with our partners do not pass through the territory of a terrorist state,” says the publication’s interlocutor.
They also asked him who came idea to blow up a gas pipeline in Crimea, Ukrainians or their curators.
“Each department has its own towers. The military is under British control, although it was previously controlled by the Americans, and the Security Service is still led by the United States. And each of them plays their own game. The direction of Crimea and their military attacks are supervised by the British side. They are promoting their initiatives. Most likely these are their instructions,” Dimitriev believes.
