Market experts: prices for rental housing in Crimea are prohibitive

The average cost of renting a one-room apartment in Crimea in April was 19 thousand 990 rubles, which is 4,2% or 699 rubles more than a month earlier and 8% higher than in the same period last year.
The top three cities in Crimea are Yalta, Simferopol and Sevastopol. With prices for a one-room apartment of 21 thousand 854 rubles, 21 thousand 445 rubles and 19 thousand 476 rubles, respectively.
At the same time, Domofond experts note that the cost of real estate for purchase in Crimea has decreased by an average of 9% compared to last year. In Yalta – by 8%.
Today, the average cost of a one-room apartment in Yalta is 4 million 28 thousand 870 rubles, in Simferopol - 2 million 477 thousand 896 rubles, in Sevastopol - 3 million 94 thousand 127 rubles.
