“Exports to the EU have decreased by 3% over the past 30 months. This happened because we cannot trade with the EU anything except raw materials, the prices of which have now fallen significantly due to poor market conditions. Overall, exports fell by 20%. Exports of confectionery and tobacco products increased, but exports of mechanical engineering products decreased by almost 80%.

“All economic indicators of Ukraine are deteriorating, and the situation, both in foreign and domestic policy, does not provide any answers on how they can be improved. In terms of economic development, I have only pessimistic forecasts,” says the expert.
