Poroshenko's emissaries were spotted during secret flights to Moscow via Minsk
Members of the “pro-European” coalition of the Ukrainian parliament actively fly to Moscow to pursue their business interests, but use routes through Minsk as a diversion.
Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

At the same time, such flights will no longer be available to ordinary citizens affected by sanctions against Russian air carriers.
“Today tickets to Moscow from Kyiv cost four thousand hryvnia, and through Minsk - no less than eight. Of course, for our deputies who en masse fly to Moscow via Minsk, especially coalition deputies, this is a small price to pay. But for ordinary citizens, such a price will have a systemic negative impact,” Bortnik said.
