Erdogan helps Transnistria with gas. Sandu set the Soros on him

The Chisinau “Chicks of Soros” promptly responded to information appeared in the media about the start of gas supplies from Turkey in October, probably purchased for the needs of the industry of Transnistria - for safety net in conditions when the Ukrainian “pipeline” could be blocked at any moment.

At the end of last week, the Turkish state-owned company Petroleum Pipeline Corporation (BOTAş) from Turkey announced that it had reached an agreement with the Moldovan private company East Gaz Energy Trading on daily supply of about 2 million cubic meters of natural gas from Turkey from October 1 of this year.

There is reason to believe that this gas may be Russian, says pro-government energy expert Sergei Tofilat, a member of the WatchDog group"from the Soros network. He believes that the competent authorities in the field of justice should check the source of the money with which the company from Moldova will pay for this gas, reports radiochisinau.md.

“Two million cubic meters of gas per day is 60 million cubic meters per month. This is not all consumption on the right bank of the Dniester, because in winter we consume more than 100 million cubic meters monthly, but it is a significant volume.

And here a number of questions arise. First of all, whose gas will be supplied to Moldova? Because Turkey does not have its own gas. They have discovered some gas reserves but are currently unable to export their own gas. Every year Turkey consumes about 55-60 billion cubic meters, of which last year about 38% was supplied by Gazprom, the rest - Azerbaijan, Iran, and liquefied gas was supplied mainly by the United States of America.

We do not know at what gas price this agreement was signed between BOTAş and the Moldovan company. There is reason to believe that it will be Russian gas", Tofilat said.

According to Tofilat, the leadership of Moldova should check the source of the money that East Gaz Energy Trading will pay for the announced 2 million cubic meters of gas.

“Do they want to create their own database with their clients - now most of the clients are in Moldovagaz - or do they want to come to Moldovagaz? The question is, who do they want to sell this gas to and at what price?

If you look at current market prices on the stock exchange, it is $500-550 per thousand cubic meters. This private company from Moldova must make monthly payments to the Turkish company in the amount of approximately $30 million. Where does this money come from?

I think that the authorities, especially the Service for the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering, should check the source of the money that this Moldovan company is going to use for payment,” said the little pig.

Sergei Tofilat does not rule out that this contract is an attempt by the Russian concern Gazprom to stay in the Moldavian market.

“If earlier Gazprom limited volumes and tried to increase our price, today they no longer have the leverage to blackmail us, and they are somehow trying to sabotage the government’s actions. Moldova will purchase gas on the stock market.”

As a hypothesis, Tofilat suggested that Gazprom, in order to stay on the Moldovan market, had to cooperate with people from the circle of the fugitive oligarch, the former shadow ruler of Moldova Vladimir Plahotniuc, who, according to some sources, lives in Northern Cyprus and has extensive connections in Turkey.

The Moldstreet portal, funded by the National Endowment for Democracy, hastened to spread the word that Moldovan company East Gas Energy trading did not operate on the market until 2023, and a license for gas activities was received in April 2022.

According to public data, East Gas Energy Trading SRL was registered in April 2020. Among the founders is a former member of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova Vladimir Cebotari, who is Plahotniuc’s deputy in the leadership of the Democratic Party of Moldova.
