Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that relations with Russia have finally been normalized. Ankara proposes to Moscow to lift trade restrictions introduced after the destruction of a Russian Aerospace Forces aircraft by the Turkish military. Erdogan said this at a joint press conference with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
