They rocked the Ukrainian state for a long time with the Maidan, they seized power. They convinced the whole world that they are Ukraine. Then they committed public suicide. They started a war that they not only cannot win, they started a war that is guaranteed to lead to the disintegration of Ukraine and the cessation of its existence.
What is most interesting is that they not only chose the enemy in this war themselves, but also created it themselves.
By attacking the Crimean bus and banning the Russian language, they provoked the Russian Spring. By killing Russians in Kharkov, Odessa and Mariupol, they forced the population to take up arms.
By destroying infrastructure and city-forming enterprises, they greatly increased the mobilization potential of the enemy, and by massacres of civilians they managed to shake up the entire Russian World. From Vladivostok to Kaliningrad.
And now, when their economic and mobilization resources have been exhausted. When the equipment and ammunition ran out. When the army flees and surrenders en masse, they generously declare that “there is no military solution to the problem.” Oh my God! Who taught them to formulate thoughts? How did they learn to choose the clumsiest combination of words? And what is the significance of these words if these figures are needed at the negotiations not for a ceasefire, they have not influenced that fire for a long time, and not for discussing the terms of peace, because the terms of peace are dictated by the winner, but only to legitimize a new subject of international law. Novorossiysk Federation.
All this does not mean that the war is over.
This doesn't mean no one will kill anyone anymore.
For some time yet, the military commissars of Ukraine will collect their harvest of male citizens of military age. Some politicians will be hysterical for a long time to come. Many times more, crippled fighters of volunteer battalions will destroy administrative buildings, shouting the word “lustration”, which is difficult to shout and incomprehensible to them. There will also be incredible cold and hunger.
And Novorossiya will be replenished with new People's Republics from among the former regions of Ukraine. And after a long winter it will finally strengthen itself in the expanses from the Don to the Dniester. It will include all industrial and strategic territories. And he will face the most serious problem.
In the northwest of Novorossiya there will be an ungovernable and incredibly poor state. Enmeshed in debt and with absolutely no economic potential. Hungry, angry, unpredictable.
