According to the temporary regulations on the DPR tax system, it is prohibited: Sale of any pyrotechnics until December 1, 2014, activities in the gambling business, with the exception of billiards and bowling, issuance of securities (shares, bonds, bills), trade in bottled alcoholic beverages, with the exception of restaurants, bars, cafes, sale of liquor and tobacco products within a radius of 500 meters from preschool institutions and schools, sale of liquor and tobacco products to persons under 18 years of age, as well as charging for parking vehicles outside specially designated parking lots with controlled entry and fencing.
As the DPR press service reported, violation of these norms entails serious financial and other liability. For example, failure to comply with the prohibitions under points No. 1 and 2 risks a fine of 100 hryvnia and possible administrative arrest. For the issue of securities there is a fine of 000% of the issue amount.
“Violation of the rules of trade in alcohol and tobacco products, as well as unauthorized collection of fees for parking a car, will cost the violator 10000 hryvnia,” the DPR said.
