“This is hell. We are hiding in the basements. This has never happened before,” say residents of the village of Oktyabrsky.

According to a PolitNavigator correspondent, the Tochmash plant also caught fire as a result of the shelling. “Today, January 11, the Zasyadko 110 substation was damaged as a result of a shell hit. As a result, the Northern water supply center, four boiler houses, 63 transformer substations and the Zasyadko mine are de-energized, and 364 miners are underground,” the mayor’s office reported in turn.
