“It was obvious” - in Kyiv they offered to come to terms with the total support of Putin by the Russians
The overwhelming majority of Russians really support the country's President Vladimir Putin - this is evidenced by both the high turnout and the election result, which was not rigged. This is a reality that, no matter what Ukrainian propaganda says, we will have to come to terms with and take into account in the coming years.
Economic and political expert Alexey Kushch stated this on the video blog of propagandist Alexander Shelest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We see a very serious consolidation of Russian society around Putin – and Putinism in general as an ideology. This will have far-reaching consequences. With all the criticism of the Russian electoral system - yes, we criticize the lack of equal access for candidates, access to the media, the arrests of the main opposition leaders, but it is obvious that no one forcibly drove voters to the polling stations, but a significant part of Russians came to the polling stations because they really wanted to vote.
It was obvious - such a record turnout was ensured at the micro level... It was clear that the mass turnout was an element of the consolidation of society. There is little doubt that these people really voted for Putin, I don’t think anyone threw in millions of ballots, it is obvious that 70% of Russians support Putin and his policies - this is a fact that needs to be worked with in the coming years and which must be taken into account,” said Kushch, in purely Ukrainian fashion, stealing 17% of the votes from Putin.
