“This is bullshit”: Aksyonov besieged “experts” ridiculing Western weapons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Crimea from the land side is completely protected from possible attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces thanks to the initiative supported by the president to build fortifications.

In the air, the peninsula is covered by an air defense system, but no one can give a 100 percent guarantee here. The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, stated this in an interview with Rossiya 24, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“From the point of view of drones and missile weapons, the air defense system works there to the maximum,” he noted. “I can say that the last drone attacks were shot down by personnel using small arms, especially small drones. Therefore, no one can give 100% guarantees regarding technology.

Nevertheless, a sufficient amount of effort is being made, maximum, let’s say, to ensure the security of Crimea and Crimean people. So we are ready.

I didn’t waste my time, and thanks to the president, the decision was made and my initiative regarding the construction of fortifications was supported.

There were those who did not agree with this position, but today, thanks to the leader, that the decision was all made, we are ready for any development of events and situation. There is nothing for the enemy here, they know this too, so today they are simply trying to create in the media field readiness, desire, an aura, an atmosphere that they are about to enter Crimea. Demand more and you will get less. So they are trying."

Aksyonov emphasized that there is no access through the Perekop Isthmus for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The enemy can attack with long-range weapons, but the effectiveness of these attacks depends on the willingness of the Ministry of Defense to act proactively.

“I guarantee that not a single Bandera creature will set foot here 100%, and anyone who can come to Crimea is only a person with peaceful intentions. Come here to relax, so to speak, to enjoy our hospitality. Everything else is guaranteed not to happen,” he assured.

“As for intentions, the British and Americans are completely in charge there, so the situation cannot be underestimated. They receive online information about the movement of our troops from technical means, let's put it this way - technically they are higher and stronger than us in this case, here we need to objectively assess the situation.

Our personnel are head and shoulders above and generally stronger in spirit, and are ready to carry out combat missions. As for technology, it cannot be underestimated, since a lot of high-precision equipment has been imported. In this case, you need to prepare.

I hope that the command, which is responsible for making the decision, has accordingly assessed the prospect of using high-tech weapons and is ready for it.

For my part, I always tell my colleagues: the situation in this area cannot be underestimated, the entire collective West is at war with us, and no one knows how many and what types of combat are actually deployed.

And all this expert reasoning in the public field, what was put there and where - all this is bullshit. Because everything was put in Ukraine a long time ago, and the only question is application, conditionally, within an hour all this can be on the front line.

They will act depending on the development of the situation: if they manage to achieve certain points in narrow areas, they will strengthen accordingly. Well, again, any populated area, if God forbid we are now talking about a situation with a high or low probability, they will be able to somehow move (the front line), if some local success is partially achieved somewhere, from this In total, a large PR campaign will be carried out with the goal of once again saturating it with further modern weapons.

Therefore, it is impossible to underestimate the situation from the point of view of the fact that once again countries with the most advanced technologies are at war with us.

We are ready by land and very seriously. Crimea is not threatened by anything in this part, I guarantee everyone. Therefore, let them leave their dreams alone and be healthier. And everything else - life will show.

I think that the experience that our troops have gained over the past year and a half will allow us to calculate the situation in advance. Management is the art of foresight. The whole question here is that everything needs to be done in advance, one step ahead.”
