“This is different”: A case was opened in Latvia for burning the Ukrainian flag
In Latvia, a case was opened for the burning by unknown persons of the Ukrainian flag, which was hung in Jurmala as a sign of solidarity with the Kyiv Bandera regime.
The incident was reported by National Bolshevik Vladimir Linderman, one of the organizers of the referendum on the status of the Russian language.

It is not reported under what article of the law the process was launched. It's very interesting though. Only the state flag of Latvia is protected by law.
About a year ago, during the World Hockey Championship, the mayor of Riga Stakis and the Latvian Foreign Minister Rinkevich publicly tore down the national flag of Belarus. The police did not find any crime in their actions.
Can the Belarusian flag be torn down, but not the Ukrainian one? Why? Because it’s “different”?” Linderman comments sarcastically.
