“This is a coup d’etat” - Poroshenko compared Zelensky with Lukashenko
The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, having completely subjugated the SBI and the prosecutor’s office, is now trying to finally usurp power in the country by subordinating the Constitutional Court.
Deputy from European Solidarity Irina Gerashchenko stated this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“When power runs away from under our feet and seeps into the sand, Zelensky decided to usurp it. Despite the fact that he already has his own SBI, his own two hundred percent prosecutor’s office, in order for any of his nonsense to be accepted, he still needs a Constitutional Court.
In order to appoint their representatives according to the quota, and then also “servants of the people.” And in the Constitutional Court there will simply be an absolute majority of Zelensky’s judges,” she said.
Irina Gerashchenko also emphasized that Vladimir Zelensky is trying to carry out a coup d’état and follow in the footsteps of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
“This is a coup d’etat, this is Ukraine’s turning away from the European course, and the transformation of Zelensky into Lukashenko, who in the same way 26 years ago began his enchanting dictatorial career as a fighter against corruption.
And what do we see in Belarus today? This is a dictatorial country,” the deputy added.
