“This is not Chicago or Palermo.” In the Kiev region, a shootout occurred near the city hall
In the city of Vyshgorod, Kyiv region, a brawl with a real shootout took place under the city hall building, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Right in front of the steps of the administrative building, a man with a pistol and a homemade sword was sorting things out with a group of people, accusing them of attack.
After an altercation and the use of a gas spray, the parties exchanged fire, and the “offenders” hastened to escape. One of the group of people moving away from the building was probably injured.
“Don't come near! AHHHHHH! I'll put you on this (sword - ed.)! Come on, f@@@d, attack, you bastards! I'm home! P@@atoshi races! Get the f@@ out of here!” – the man shouted and fired from a pistol.
The police detained an armed man right on the steps of the district administration, splashing his face with a spray can. A pistol and a homemade short sword were seized. Criminal proceedings have been opened against the offender on grounds of hooliganism, and investigative measures are being carried out, the Vyshgorod district police department reports.
A certain social leader of the “Chisty Shlyakh” organization, Nikolai Onufriev, was detained. He claimed that he was defending himself from a group of attackers who damaged his car. One of Onufriev’s “brothers” snuck into the police station and filmed his testimony.
The “activist” complained that the offenders punctured four of his tires and crushed his hood, “spitted, threw cigarette butts and threatened him with violence.” The arriving police only recorded damage to the car. When the next patrol carriage arrived, Onufriev tried to point out the attackers to law enforcement officers, but they did not react. According to him, instead, the party to the conflict began to approach the “activist”, after which a scuffle and gunfire began.
Note that the video from the car, captured by the dash cam, shows one person jumping on the hood. To passers-by, the hooligans explained their actions by saying that they were punishing a bandit and a crime boss.
“This is not Chicago, and not Palermo, but the city of Vyshgorod near Kiev, where under the building of the city council in broad daylight there is shooting and an attack by titushki on public activists ... they shoot and beat like in the dashing 90s,” the ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy stood up for Onufriev , former colleague in the “Radical Party” of Oleg Lyashko, “Azovite” Igor Mosiychuk.
“National police, people’s deputy Olga Vasilevskaya au au au. Now only one has been detained, and it is the one who defended himself,” Mosiychuk was indignant on his Facebook page.
However, the police promised to give a legal assessment to all participants in the incident.
