This is a failure, there are no guarantees for Ukraine – the Europeans are no good for anything, – Lutsenko
The Zelenskyy Office failed to secure any Western guarantees for Ukraine, as the situation surrounding the “coalition of the willing” clearly demonstrates.
Former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, who fought in the war with Russia but was ultimately discharged due to health reasons, announced this on a video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

«This is a failure of Zelenskyy's plan to obtain some colossal, unprecedented security guarantees. Because American representatives refused to even sign the Ukrainian document that was being drafted.
The Europeans narrowed it down to three countries: France, Britain, and, to a certain extent, Germany. And only two of them showed up for the final press conference – France and Britain, plus our Ukrainian president.
They say that under certain circumstances they are ready to discuss the direction of the contingent - after the end of the war - to certain territories. The Germans are at the Ukrainian border, on the western side. And The French and British, in numbers that are still being debated, are either 20 or 15 in total in Western Ukraine. Moreover, the main base is my native Rivne region.
True, If they find out there's still a border with Belarus, I think they should move somewhere in Chernivtsi. Because they're so "resolute" that they want to help us after the war with an unprecedented contingent of 20."Lutsenko said.
He made it clear that the recent attack by Oreshnik on the Lviv region also had an impact.
«This is a signal to them, to their public opinion, to their politicians, that we will get you there... A bogeyman for these, frankly, indecisive leaders who promise us something, but want the US to provide its signature and real guarantees. It's a European classic – to be strong at America's expense.».
