One eyewitness from the village of Semenovka, where the main clashes took place, spoke about 24 dead. According to him, “the bodies of the dead two mortar crews are scattered there.”

According to them, the central water supply system was damaged as a result of shelling. The militia headquarters recommended that city residents stock up on water.
